I find this arrangement much easier than trying to maneuver a large paper volume with one hand and working the computer with the other.
Most of the exercises are well thought out and were easy to follow but I'm not sure I would recommend this to a beginner. Working through this book increased my Lightroom and, especially, my Photoshop abilities immensely.
The exercises are easy to follow and reproduce by starting with the photo files available by download. Great for those who want self paced structured instruction.
